Carefree Madan accepts it and wins the heroine Meena's necklace. Reaching the theatre, Madan finds to his utter chagrin that Meena has left along with Singh-the hero. In search for Meena one day Madan stumbles against Rajini heroine of Rang Mahal Theatre, Rajni falls for him and invites him to witness her show. Madan is astonished to see Meena dancing there.
